Installing a New Bathroom Faucet and Drain

With the old faucet removed,set the base-plate gasket in place and insert the faucet's water lines
 through the deck holes.Install  the extended washers and the spacers and thread the nuts onto the
 faucets fastening bolts.With the faucet installed,press a roll of plumbers putty around the underside
 of the drain flange.Slide the cone shaped gasket onto the drain and coat it with pipe joint compound.
 Insert the drain through the basin's drain opening from below and thread the flange ring onto it from above.
 Lower the faucet's drain-plug lift rod through the hole in the top of the faucet until it bottoms out.
 insert the pop-up assembly connect the clevis through one of the lower holes and install the clip.
